Then, enter either the patient&rsquo;s date of birth or their address and postal code, and select <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.accessonehealth.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ONEHealth_PCR_Search_Name-fr.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1068\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For Lab Validation users<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Lab validation users can search for patients in the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS), in one of two ways. <\/p>\n\n<p>To search by Ontario Health Card Number (HCN), select <strong>By HCN<\/strong>, enter the patient\u2019s health card number and date of birth, and select <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.accessonehealth.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ONEHealth_OLIS_Search_HCN-fr.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1067\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>To search by OLIS Medical Record Number (MRN), select <strong>By MRN<\/strong>. Enter the medical record number, issuing facility name or ID (start typing name or ID in the search field) and the patient\u2019s date of birth. Then select <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.accessonehealth.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ONEHealth_OLIS_Search_MRN-fr.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1066\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For Meds Validation users<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Meds validation users can search for patients in the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR), in one of two ways. <\/p>\n\n<p>To search by Ontario Health Card Number (HCN), select <strong>By HCN<\/strong>, enter the patient\u2019s health card number, and date of birth. Then select <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/stg-onehelpcentre-dev.kinsta.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1047\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>To search by DHDR Medical Record Number (MRN), select <strong>By MRN<\/strong>. Enter the medical record number, issuing facility name or ID (start typing name or ID in the search field) and the patient\u2019s date of birth.
