Une banni\u00e8re d\u2019avertissement s\u2019affichera lorsqu\u2019un clinicien tentera d\u2019acc\u00e9der au dossier, indiquant qu\u2019une partie ou la totalit\u00e9 du dossier est bloqu\u00e9e. Les directives de consentement sont plac\u00e9es et retir\u00e9es par Service Ontario. Si vous avez le consentement expr\u00e8s du patient ou de son mandataire sp\u00e9cial, vous pouvez temporairement annuler le consentement.
